Ownership stays with you
Your software, source code, product name, artwork, documentation, designs, website, brand assets, and other Product IP stay with you. 41BIT LLC does not take ownership in exchange for distribution.
We take responsibility for the agreed customer-facing work while you keep ownership of the product.
We handle distribution
Depending on the agreement, we can handle release review, signing and notarization, downloads, updates, product websites, support, refunds, warranty claims, privacy notices, legal notices, and the customer-facing legal responsibilities that come with them.
The exact responsibilities are defined in a signed agreement. 41BIT LLC is accountable for the distribution work it accepts, while the developer keeps ownership of the product.
How it works with Battery Sensei
Battery Sensei keeps its own name, product website, and identity. 41BIT LLC handles its release review, download, updates, support, privacy information, legal terms, and other agreed distribution work.
The developer keeps the Product IP. Customers can still see who distributes and supports the software.
We only take on what we can support
We are a small company, so we only distribute software we can understand, review, and support properly. We would rather take responsibility for a few products than add more than we can stand behind.

Our own products remain our main focus, so we accept only a few client projects. Before we commit, we agree on the scope, ownership, timeline, and release responsibilities.
