41BIT LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States. We publish under the 41BIT name and can be reached at info@41bit.io.
As Authorized Distributor, 41BIT LLC is responsible to customers for the software it distributes, including support, refunds, warranties, damages, and other consumer-facing legal obligations and risks.
Providers and data location
Our primary hosting and data storage are based in the European Union. Providers and their subprocessors may also process limited data in the United States or other countries when needed for hosting, email delivery, security, or support. Our Privacy Notice explains the current providers, locations, safeguards, and retention periods.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for delivery, security, legal requirements, or the service you requested. Our Privacy Notice lists the current retention periods for contact forms, release notes, and technical records.
Release and service security
Software we distribute is signed and notarized before release. Updates are verified before installation, and altered downloads are rejected. We follow established security practices throughout development, release, distribution, and support.
This website uses HTTPS, security headers, form rate limits, and automatic deletion of short-lived submission data.
