Our responsibility to consumers
41BIT LLC, rather than the developer or other Rights Holder, carries the consumer-facing legal responsibilities and risks for the software it distributes. This includes handling support, refunds, warranties, damages, and related claims.
Customers should direct those claims to 41BIT LLC. The developer is not the customer-facing seller or support contact. Claims can be sent to info@41bit.io or through the support channel provided with the product.
The applicable product terms and law define the precise scope of these responsibilities. Nothing on this page limits any right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Authorized Distributor role
When a product names 41BIT LLC as its Authorized Distributor, the applicable Rights Holder has authorized us to present, distribute, update, and support that software.
This may include product websites, downloads, updates, license delivery, support, privacy and legal notices, product communications, and release review. The signed agreement defines the exact scope.
Product IP stays with the Rights Holder
41BIT LLC does not acquire Product IP by reviewing, launching, distributing, updating, or supporting software. Those activities do not transfer ownership of the product or its related rights to us.
All Product IP stays with the developer or other applicable Rights Holder. Any permission granted to 41BIT LLC is limited to the distribution and support work defined in the signed agreement.

- product names
- trademarks
- copyrights
- patents
- artwork
- wording and copy
- documentation
- product sites and designs
- brand assets
- private repositories
What the copyright notice covers
The copyright notice on 41bit.io covers only company content owned by 41BIT LLC. It does not cover product names, screenshots, artwork, copy, documentation, product websites, or other Product IP.
Any product material shown here remains with its Rights Holder. Showing it on this website does not transfer ownership or give others permission to reuse it.
Your license covers use, not ownership
Software distributed by 41BIT LLC is provided under the license or product-specific terms shown with it.
That license lets you use the software within those terms. It does not transfer Product IP to you or to 41BIT LLC.
Each product has its own terms
The relevant product page, license, and checkout terms explain pricing, compatibility, permitted use, delivery, refunds, warranties, support, and any subscription or cancellation rules. Those product-specific terms control for that product, subject to applicable law.
